Return and exchange policy
- In the event that the customer desires to return or exchange despite the safety of the product and its suitability for use, the customer has 3 days for the return and 7 days for the exchange from the date of his receipt of any product from the Bazl store, noting that in this case the customer will bear the shipping costs + payment company fees. The deductible, if any, + the product return fee specified by the Bazzle store management, provided that the product is returned in its original packaging and special packaging with the purchase invoice available.
- Furniture after installation cannot be returned or exchanged, even if it is within the specified period
- If the product is defective, does not work properly, or does not match the description mentioned on its page on the Bazl Store, the customer has the right to return or exchange it within 7 days from the date of receipt, and the Bazl Store team will refund the price of the product in addition to the shipping cost incurred. The customer paid it upon purchase.
- The amount will be returned to the card with which it was paid in the event of a return, or as a wallet balance in the event of an exchange
- The period of refunding the amount is subject to the bank’s policy and may reach from 3-15 working days
- A request must be submitted through Bazzle customer service, indicating: order number - reason for return or exchange
- After submitting the order, a return policy will be created and sent via WhatsApp or the email in which it was registered.
