    Third parties

    On the Bazl website, we use third parties in the payment and shipping processes. If any failure occurs with these parties, we promise that we will follow up on the matter and address it with the third party. However, any failure with one of these parties is considered outside the scope of our responsibility.

    Shipping

    Puzzle Store will ship the order to the address provided to us. Shipping takes approximately three to seven business days, depending on the region of residence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and from 10 to 20 days to the Gulf countries.

    Products with manufacturing defects

    Bazl Store guarantees that the products are of high quality, however, if a product is found to have a manufacturing defect. Puzzle Store will replace the product at no cost.

    Exchange and return:

    Due to our keenness to provide the best customer service, all your purchases from the Bazzle store are exchangeable and returnable within 3 days from the date of their arrival to you, and are only exchangeable within 7 days from the date of their arrival. All you have to do is:

    • Ensure it remains in its original condition.
    • Furniture after installation cannot be returned or exchanged, even if it is within the specified period

    Exchange and return terms and policies:

    • In the event that the customer desires to return or exchange despite the safety of the product and its suitability for use, the customer has 3 days for the return and 7 days for the exchange from the date of his receipt of any product from the Bazl store, noting that in this case the customer will bear the shipping costs + payment company fees. The deductible, if any, + the product return fee specified by the Bazzle store management, provided that the product is returned in its original packaging and special packaging with the purchase invoice available.
    • If the product is defective, does not work properly, or does not match the description mentioned on its page on the Bazl Store, the customer has the right to return or exchange it within 12 days from the date of receipt, and the Bazl Store team will refund the price of the product in addition to the shipping cost incurred. The customer paid it upon purchase.
    • The amount will be returned to the card with which it was paid in the event of a return, or as a wallet balance in the event of an exchange
    • The customer is not entitled to cash back for returning products he obtained through purchasing with reward points, as he will be compensated with reward points.
    • If the customer receives a free credit or a free shopping voucher, he is not entitled to convert the balance into cash.
    • The Bazzle store returns the amounts in the form of a cash balance to the customer’s account in the store as soon as the returned shipments arrive at the store, or it re-sends the amount to the customer’s account in a period of no less than a week after communicating with the customer and taking his information clearly.
    • If the customer purchased products via Visa or MasterCard cards, and the customer wishes to recover the amount, he will be compensated by returning the payment to the same Visa or MasterCard card with which the purchase was made, and the recovery period is subject to the policy of the bank (or electronic payment intermediary) providing the service.
